Some file extraction software will not extract multiple compressed files correctly. We highly recommend downloading and using the latest version of either UnArchiver to extract the files on Mac or 7-zip or Winrar on Windows.

If you are a Mac user and Unarchiver isn’t working for you then you may have some success trying Keka or izip instead.

Usually one of these works for most people. (Keka seems to work well in the vast majority of cases.)

Most products that we sell require the full version of Kontakt and will not work in Kontakt Player (unless specifically stated). If you try to load a sample library that requires the full version of Kontakt into the Kontakt Player, it will only run in "demo mode" for 15 minutes.

All of our files are hosted on the Amazon S3 network which is the fastest in the world. If you are experiencing slow download speeds it will be due to a factor on your end. Please ensure you're not using a download manager, try using a different browser and try using a wired instead of wireless connection. Also check with your ISP to see if they are limiting your download speeds for the Amazon S3 network.

Unfortunately once the timer hits zero the deal is over. When the deal is finished we're no longer allowed to sell the product. Make sure and sign up to our newsletter via the homepage to ensure you never miss another deal again.

Most likely, your download has been blocked because you are using a download manager. Due to download managers making many requests to our server, we automatically put a temporary block on any account using them so it doesn't slow down the website for everyone else.

If your download has been blocked, please wait one hour and the block will be removed automatically. You can then download your files directly (i.e. not via a download manager).

You receive Reward Points when you spend money on VSTBuzz on any of our regular (normal) deals, including from any previous purchases you might have made years ago.

You'll receive 1 reward point for every €2 spent. These reward Points can then be used to reduce the cost of any product within The Vault, which is a special area of the VSTBuzz website that contains libraries exclusively designed for us.

You can redeem as many or as few Reward Points against items in The Vault as you like. If you have enough reward points you can even get a library for free!

To summarise how this works:

- Reward Points are earned by buying any of our "normal" regular deals

- Reward points cannot be used against "normal" deals, they can only be used against items in The Vault

- Products in The Vault are there forever and will never expire

Sorry for the delay in getting your serial number to you! When one of our deals proves especially popular, we may not have enough serial numbers in stock. When this happens, we order more from our partners and add your serial number to your account as soon as it is received.

Your serial will be sent to you as soon as possible and within 24 hours at most.
