Ultra-X Mode
This plugin features a high sample rate training model set for virtually removing artefacts such as aliasing from the sound and offering a higher frequency response.
Interface Controls
- 1) Drive/Input: Control the input gain/drive to the valve processing.
- 2) Output: This is the control for output attenuation after the valve processing.
- 3) Link: This switch links the drive and output controls to make is easy for the user when increasing gain and automatically adjusting or attenuating output gain after processing.
- 4) TYPE: Choose from T, P1, P2 tube modes which represent the triode, pentode1 and pentode 2 configurations.
- 5) Overdrive: This switch enables the overdriven models we captured from the original hardware in overdrive mode for all 3 configurations.
- 6) Input Adjust: Use this control to further adjust the input signal gain before processing.
- 7) Output Adjust: Use this control to trim the final output of the processing after the filters and the dry mix.
- 8) Resizable GUI: Drag the bottom right corner of the plugin window to custom-adjust the plugin GUI to suit your display and needs.
- 9) Dry Mix: Add the original unprocessed signal to the mix as parallel processing.
- 10) LowPass Filter: This filter is applied post processing to control some of the upper harmonics if needed by the user. The range is 2kHz to 20kHz.
- 11) HighPass Filter: This filter is applied post processing to control some of the low end if needed by the user. The range is 20Hz to 2kHz.
- 12) Ultra-X mode for very high samples models which minimizes aliasing artefacts at extreme settings.

Today I installed Valvekult 2 from Tone Empire and started working with it and tested it today on a vocal line with different settings that were included, after listening I was pleasantly surprised with the results. I am a Cubase user and after registering I could use it immediately of this plugin. So far very satisfied with this plug in. I will soon see what else Tone Empire has to offer.
