Echoes – How Does It Work?
Following the philosophy behind Nomad Factory’s hit Magnetic plugin, Echoes not only sounds amazing, but it is designed to be very easy to use. Presented in an easy to understand interface, you will have complete control over every aspect of the delay effect and how and where it is applied.

- ECHO TIME: Controls the time from 20 to 2000ms of analog delay.
- PANNING: Center position for stereo pan, left or right causes ping pong effect.
- ECHO MODE: Choose from 5 classic analog delay effects.
- REPEATS: Controls the feedback amount of the delay effect.
- MIX: Controls the balance of the wet /dry signal.

Folks, I have had the demo of this plugin for years, and never gave it much attention. Upon seeing this offer, I decided to play with it a bit, since I wasn’t convinced about how good it sounded from the provided videos… it seemed like maybe it wasn’t great quality. But it turns out I was very wrong about that. This plugins sounds great. It colours the sound and gives it character… but it is great colouration and it’s so easy to get REALLY COOL results. I decided to load up a bunch of delay effects that I own to do a shoot out between them, and while lot of other delays have extra controls and more ways to create unique presets, they were not as simple and fun to use as this delay, and the results were just too clinical and clean in most cases… Nomad Factory Echos creates a deliciously analog kind of result and is a really worthwhile delay effect to have your arsenal. This is now going to be my OFFICIAL go-to delay effect along with AAS Objeq Delay (another terrific plugin).

I am super impressed with this plugin. I absolutely love it! Very good sounding plugin that is not new in the slightest, yet, still holds up mightily today after all of these years later since it has come out (over 10 years, wow! Plus it even looks new!) I am loving and using these tape delay fx like crazy! You all should give it a try. If you dig weird, derpy sounds, love LSD, or have an affinity for anything that is trippy as f**k, you will completely LOVE this plugin! Get it before it’s gone!

Great sounding delay plugin at a great price! Very lush sounding and very characterful. Absolutely worth it!
If you’re on Windows and installing from the most recent 2021 installation package you might end up without presets in the plugin. In this case all you need to do is to find the presets folder on your disk (my was in my Documents\Nomad Factory\Plug-in Settings\Echoes) and move them all just one folder up. Hopefully the good guys at Nomad Factory will correct this tiny inconvenience soon.
