Lakeside Pipe Organ

The Lakeside Pipe Organ is a Rodgers steel and wooden pipe-electric hybrid organ recorded at the Lakeside Temple Of Practical Christianity in Oakland, California, with organist Don Sears.

This large pipe organ produces its sound by driving compressed air through 850 resonant steel pipes and wooden reeds, arranged in 15 ranks.

Soundiron captured 6 primary stops to span a wide tonal and dynamic range: Wooden flute stops 1 & 2, Steel Pipe stops 3, 4 & 5 and the bass foot pedal board.

You can solo individual stops, use the stop mixer panel to customize your mix, or smoothly blend between them. The stop mixer panels make it easy to glide from the soft and gentle glow of the wooden reeds to the glorious roar of the steel pipes and growling low end of the bass pedals.

There is also a selection of struck bar chime tuned percussion, bellows and blower sfx, sheet music page turns and more. Soundiron have included a close stage position and wide hall position to give you free control over presence and ambience.

The combination of these 6 different stops at various volumes allows for a dramatically wide range of tones. Soundiron also sampled release triggers for all notes, as well as additional foot basses, bells/chimes, and session recordings with organ and player sound effects to put you right there at the organ console.

The UI comes packed with lots of great sound-shaping controls like swell, attack, release, offset, vibrato, filter, pitch (coarse & fine), articulation switching, cross-fading and layering, and so much more.

The Advanced Control window adds additional options like an LFO with shape, target, speed, intensity, tempo-syncing and fade-in control.

You can also choose from 12 low-pass, high-pass and FX filters, with assignable modulation targets such as velocity, modwheel, expression, key position and step-sequencer table control.

The ARP system features a velocity sequencer and controls for arp direction, note timing, swing, randomization and duration.

The new key and scale lock system allows for easy melodic composition and live performance.

It’s all rounded out by Soundiron’s modular FX rack window, with 18 different DSP effect modules that you can assign in any of 10 available slots, in any order that you wish. You’ll find classic phase, flanger, delay, distortion, amp and cab simulators, compressors, EQ, rotator and so much more.

Traveler Organ

Traveler Organ is a multi-sampled instrument library featuring an early 20th century Clough & Warren flat-top reed organ.

A variety of stops and articulations were meticulously recorded dry in studio, with high quality noiseless preamps and a trio of Neumann microphones, capturing all the subtle nuances of this wonderful instrument.

Soundiron captured a variety of stop configurations and articulations including sustains, marcatos and staccatos, along with bellows creaks, key clicks and plenty of custom sound-designed organs, pads and ambiences.

This 61-key, 13-stop organ has a sound that can fit any genre of music ranging from the playful street performances of the streets of France to powerful classical church music. From soft and airy to powerful and deep.

Eko Panda

Soundiron’s Eko Panda captures that signature nostalgic sound of an early 70’s synth, perfect for recreating your favorite old-school leads and pads. The Panda 61 Piano is a vintage 61-key synthesizer built by the Italian electronics company Eko back in the 1960s and early 70s.

The Panda was marketed ostensibly as an electric piano, but the internal workings and warm tone are that of a classic early monophonic synthesizer, with basic waveforms designed to very roughly approximate the sound of an e-piano, harpsichord, horns, strings and winds.

Soundiron have captured 7 core voices, with both infinite sustains and tight staccatos. They have also created 20 custom FX presets and 40 unique sound-designed synth patches, pads, drones and atmospheres from the raw source to give you a full range of creative options while preserving the essential soul of this humble sonic pioneer.

Soundiron have packed the GUI with lots of great sound-shaping controls that give you the flexibility to warp the sound in many ways. You have control over Volume, Attack, Release, Transient Offset, Vibrato and Octave layering.

The “Glide” control slider allows you to play legato and portamento leads. You’ll also find an adaptable LFO system, with selectable LFO shape, modulation target parameter, speed, intensity, tempo-syncing and fade-in time.

You can also apply your choice of 13 lowpass, high-pass and FX filter, with assignable modulation control options, including velocity, modwheel, expression, after-touch, key position and step-sequencer table control.

You can also use the customizable arpeggiator, with a built-in velocity sequencer table and control over arp direction, note timing, swing, randomization and duration.

Eko Panda was recorded in a dry studio using a pair of Neumann TLM 103 large diaphragm microphones. Soundiron recorded its stock presets with sustains and staccato samples for each key.

The included octave, vibrato and FX rack give you an easy-to-use interface to completely customize and shape its fat analog sound to fit a variety of creative styles.

The library comes equipped with flexible control features, like Swell, pitch Glide, Attack, Release, Vibrato, and Octave.

Cruiser

Soundiron’s Cruiser captures that signature nostalgic sound of a vintage 80’s synth, perfect for vaporwave, chillwave, nu-disco, new retro wave and all of the raddest Saturday morning cartoon theme songs ever written.

This classic 49-key subtractive synthesizer was built by the Italian electronics company Siel way back in 1981. Sold to the European markets as the Siel Cruise, this little slice of the ‘80s made it stateside as a rebranded Sequential Fugue.

The Siel Cruise actually contains two different synthesizers: a monophonic and a polyphonic synth, each with their own presets and options. Soundiron have captured the neon-infused retro-futuristic feel by recording 16 different preset banks with infinite sustains and tight staccatos.

But that’s not all! In order to make Michael Knight proud, they’ve also created 20 awesome sound designed custom synth and FX presets that accentuate the versatility of this library, from leads to pads and rhythmic presets.

With the Soundiron Cruiser, you can double guitar leads to beef them up or put this wonderful synth at the forefront of the next big synthwave track.

Soundiron have packed the GUI with lots of great sound-shaping controls that give you the flexibility to warp the sound in many ways. You have control over Volume, Attack, Release, Transient Offset, Vibrato and Octave layering.

Bontastic!

The Soundiron BONTASTIC! Vintage Organ instrument captures with perfect clarity the retro sound of the rare Bontempi B4 Electronic Table Organ. The instrument’s vivid orange plastic exterior echoes the popular aesthetics of the 1970s and early 1980s during which time the organ was produced.

The Bontempi organ that Bontastic! recreates is deceptively simple – 25 keys and 8 chord buttons, no stops or options. But with Bontastic! Soundiron have retrofitted a classic instrument and unlocked all the potential from a classic piece of music equipment.

The power of Bontastic! is really unlocked by the easy-to-use yet powerful 3D-modeled user interface. Basic sound shaping options are included: volume swell, note attack time, release time and sample start offset let users mold the sound anyway they want.

Other main controls include vibrato and a special “Octave” knob, which really beefs up the instrument by doubling and tripling the notes being played at different octaves. This really unlocks the hidden character of the Bontempi organ.

The “Glide” option adds an adjustable-speed portamento pitch bend between notes. The advanced tempo-syncable LFO system features configurable LFO shape, modulation target, speed, intensity, and fade-in time.

A versatile filter system allows you to select between 13 filter types, modulation options, and control the frequency and resonance. As always, Soundiron have included their customizable arpeggiator, which lets users control pattern direction, rhythm, swing, randomization and duration.

The advanced GUI is rounded out by their modular FX rack, which lets users put any of 18 different effects (reverb, distortion, etc.) in up to 10 slots, in any chain order they desire. This also includes 119 of Soundiron’s high quality impulse responses which can be loaded into the “Reverb” effect.

Bontastic! was recorded using a stereo pair of low-noise Neumann TLM 103 microphones to capture the full acoustic range of the instrument.

Sustaining notes for each key were recorded with two round robins, as well as four round robins for staccato notes. The same sustaining and staccato articulations were recorded for all eight of the chord buttons (A#, C, F, and G chords, both major and minor), as well as a variety of key and motor effects.

The included octave, vibrato and FX rack give you an easy-to-use interface to completely customize and shape a classic retro sound.

The library comes equipped with flexible control features, like Swell, Pitch Glide, Attack, Release, Vibrato, and Octave.

There’s also a complete DSP effects rack, including convolution reverb with dozens of unique spaces, such as cathedrals, churches, halls, bunkers, garages, tunnels, chambers, rooms and plenty of otherworldly FX impulses to fully explore and an endless variety of strange and unexpected sonic manipulations.

Granada 49

GRANADA 49 faithfully captures a rare 1970’s-era portable analog synthesizer by the now defunct Italian synth-maker Fesma. The instrument’s classic wood-accented body echoes the popular aesthetics of the 1970s and its fat, warm analog sound cuts through the mix.

Soundiron have sampled its 9 stock waveform presets and included tons of custom FX patches and sound-designed ambient synth pads created from the source to make this compact library extraordinarily playable and versatile.

Whether you’re looking to recreate an old 8-bit video-game sound, fat synth bass tones or razor-sharp lead lines, the Granada 49 library can do it!

The power of Granada is really unlocked by our easy-to-use yet powerful 3D-modeled user interface. Basic sound shaping options are included: volume swell, note attack time, release time and sample start offset let users mold the sound anyway they want.

Other main controls include vibrato and a special “Octave” knob, which really beefs up your tone by smoothly rolling in lower and higher octave layers.

As always, we included our customizable arpeggiator, which lets users control pattern direction, rhythm, swing, randomization and duration.

The library comes equipped with a custom user interface and dynamic sound shaping and mixing controls: volume, attack, release, offset, vibrato, octave, bank preset loading (with optional key-switching), adaptive arpeggiation, advanced LFO and filter systems and our full FX rack with convolution reverb with your choice of well over 100 different rooms, halls, spaces and special FX impulses.

This Fesma Granada 49 was recorded through its direct line outputs. Soundiron recorded its nine stock waveform presets with sustains and staccato samples for each key. The included octave, vibrato and FX rack give you an easy-to-use interface to completely customize and shape its fat analog sound to fit a variety of creative styles.

Little Pump Reeds (Shruti Boxes, Accordion, Concertina)

Little Pump Reeds is a collection of instruments Soundiron stumbled across over the years that happen to fall on the smaller side of the wonderful and under appreciated world of hand-held air-driven reed-based instruments.

The instruments included are:

  • Concertina
  • Shruti Box (related to the harmonium)
  • Mini Accordion
  • “Plastisax” (related to the melodica)
  • 2-Tone Paper Squeeze Box

Obviously, they took these instruments much further than they were ever designed to go. These sample sets are surprisingly rich, full and playable in a way that one would normally only be able to expect from top notch, full-range instruments.

The Kontakt interface includes a suite of automation-ready sound-shaping controls to give you total creative flexibility.

You have control over swell, attack, release, offset, vibrato, filter, pitch (coarse & fine), articulation switching, cross-fading and layering, and so much more.

They’ve also included 20 unique sound-designed custom FX presets to give you lots of creative options.

This library comes with an adaptable LFO system, with selectable LFO shape, modulation target parameter, speed, intensity, tempo-syncing and fade-in time.

You can also apply your choice of 12 lowpass, high-pass and FX filters, with assignable modulation targets such as velocity, modwheel, expression, after-touch, key position and step-sequencer table control.

Soundiron’s customizable arpeggiator offers a velocity table and control over arp direction, timing, swing, randomization and duration.

They’ve included a key and scale lock system to constrain your notes to common scales and keys for easy melodic composition and live performance.

The interface is rounded-out by the modular FX rack panel, with 18 different DSP effect modules that you can assign in any of 10 available slots, in any order that you wish.

You’ll find classic phaser, flanger, delay, distortion, amp and cab simulators, compressors, EQ, rotator and so much more.

The Reverb effect includes their favorite convolution reverb impulse responses, including 99 different rooms, halls, chambers and outdoor environments, plus another 40 custom FX impulses to radically transform the sound and open up whole new worlds of musical possibility. They’ve added a great bank of FX rack chain factory presets to get you started!

The Concertina includes 14 notes, sampled at multiple dynamic levels and a variety of articulations. It is gentle on the ears and evokes the calm of a night in the Italian countryside.

The Shruti Box is a traditional Indian instrument that is similar in nature and tone to the harmonium. It’s most commonly used as a drone instrument to accompany voice and other solo instruments in Indian classical music, as well as a growing variety of new age and Celtic folk music.

The Mini Accordion is actually quite the little giant. It has 14 keys and 4 bass drones, naturally spanning three octaves. With a warm, fat tone that belies it’s humble size, this little instrument is a real diamond in the rough. The deep sub-bass octaves have to be heard to be believed.

The Plastisax is vaguely like a child’s plastic soprano saxophone, but sounds more like a crisp, clear harmonica crossed with a reed organ. It has 13 keys, spanning roughly 2 octaves. With its rich, warm, playful sound and expressive playability, it’s ideal for children’s music and programming, or even layered with woodwinds or organs.

They also have a small palm-sized cardboard and paper ‘concertina’ found in a local toy store. It really only has two tones; a single note and a chord. The notes sustain for about a second at most. Soundiron decided to use this little guy as a hand percussion instrument as well and have included it as a “Paper Squeezebox.”

Magnus

Magnus is a vintage 37-key analog chord organ from the 1960s. This free-standing, three-octave chord organ was originally manufactured by the Magnus Harmonica Corporation. It has six major and six minor chord buttons.

MHC was founded by Danish immigrant Finn Magnus, who supplied American troops with harmonicas in WWII, and later went on to sell millions of affordable electric chord organs and song books until the late ’70s under Magnus Organ Corporation, before being acquired by World Book Encyclopedia who would ultimately cease production.

But fret not! Soundiron captured its old-school fat, buttery tone, with infinite sustains and tight staccatos. To take this far beyond an ordinary analog chord organ sample library, they’ve also created 20 awesome sound-designed custom chord organ and effects presets and 40 unique sound-designed ambiences that can be played chromatically as atmospheric synths, dronescapes and pads or used directly in your DAW for underscoring and texture.

Soundiron have packed the GUI with lots of great sound-shaping controls that give you the flexibility to warp the shape in many ways. You have control over Volume, Attack, Release, Transient Offset, Vibrato and Octave layering. The “Glide” control slider allows you to play legato and portamento leads.

Microrgan

Microrgan is a vintage 49-key electric reed organ built in the 1950s by the Italian electronics company Farfisa.

Rare and highly sought-after, the origins of this classic instrument are shrouded in mystery and Soundiron’s particular keyboard has seen more than its fair share of wear and tear over the years, although it still sounds good as new thanks to its rugged mechanics and simple design. They’ve captured it’s warm, humble and yet full-bodied tone with infinite sustains and tight staccatos.

But to take this far beyond an ordinary reed organ sample library, they’ve also created 20 awesome sound-designed custom synth and special effect presets and 40 unique sound-designed ambiences that can be played chromatically as atmospheric synths, dronescapes and pads or used directly in your DAW for underscoring and texture.

What People Think About 70% off “Keys Bundle” by Soundiron

  • "Eko Panda - Playing the Panda's presets made me think of the heavy synth scores of the Jon Pertwee-era Doctor Who episodes, but also a little of the rather nice Casiotone Keyboard sounds many of us grew up with. In short, Panda convincingly reproduces the kind of chunky, textured tone that synthesizers from the early 1970s frequently offered. Quirky electro bands and game score designers should definitely check it out."

  • "Overall, Cruiser delivers a stylish and accessible encounter with a vintage synth. The controls are almost all right at your fingertips, allowing quick experimentation and tweaking which is precisely what is most enjoyable about the analog consoles. Cruiser offers a smooth ride into the space-age, techno sounds of the 70’s and 80’s"

  • "If I had to sum up Bontastic! in one word, that word would be “fun.”. If you’ve got the time to play with all of the parameters, you can definitely get some unique retro and futuristic timbres out this flexible instrument. It’s good, clean fun and depending on how much budget you’ve set aside for software recreations of childish, plastic instruments, it may be worth picking up."

  • "Granada 49 - Is this perhaps the beginning of a whole series of such instruments from Soundiron? I hope so! Great sounding, rare sample instruments that can be fine tuned and manipulated into individual modern sounds is a fantastic idea. Instead of buying one huge complicated digital synth to make all my sounds I can use very affordable and high-quality sample based synths. I really enjoy what Soundiron is up to and these synths are a great way to get to know their wide range of products."

  • "... Microrgan is a great purchase if you want that reed organ sound, or even if you want to do sound design that has hints and characteristics of a reed organ. [It] can serve either as a faithful recreation of the Farfisa 49 Key Reed Organ, or as a fun little synth and sound design tool, depending on your needs."
