I can't extract the software
Some file extraction software will not extract multiple compressed files correctly. We highly recommend downloading and using the latest version of either UnArchiver to extract the files on Mac or 7-zip or Winrar on Windows
If you are a Mac user and Unarchiver isn’t working for you then you may have some success trying the following extraction utilities instead:
Usually one of these works for most people. (Keka seems to work well in the vast majority of cases.)

I can't load the library in Kontakt
Many of the libraries that we sell on VSTBuzz are not usable with Kontakt Player. That means you cannot load them in Kontakt by clicking on the “Add Library” button. If the Kontakt library doesn’t come with a serial number, then it cannot be added using the “Add Library” button.
Instead you need to extract the library, and navigate to the .nki files via the “Files” tab in Kontakt. Please watch this short video for an explanation:
The deal has expired - can I still purchase it?
Unfortunately, once the deal has expired, we do not have permission to sell it any longer. If the countdown timer is at zero and it says “deal expired”, you won’t be able to purchase the deal any longer.
Can I get a refund for the deal I purchased?
At VSTBuzz, we only sell software that we as composers and producers would want to buy. We totally stand by the deals that we run. Unfortunately however, due to the digital nature of the product, we’re unable to refund customers as we have no proof that the software is deleted when a refund is given.
Kontakt can't find the samples
First of all, make sure that you have fully downloaded the software before extracting it. If you’re sure you have the right file sizes, it might just be caused by Kontakt expecting the library to be saved somewhere else.
To fix this, in Kontakt click on File and “Batch Resave”. When the window pops up, find the main folder where the samples are located and press OK. Kontakt will find the .nki files, then ask you where the missing samples are. Click on the main folder once more and it will automatically re-save the instrument with all of the correct file locations – no more errors!

Why has my download been blocked?
Most likely, it’s because you are using a download manager. Due to download managers making many requests to our server, we automatically put a temporary block on any account using them so it doesn’t slow down the website for everyone else.
If your download has been blocked, please wait one hour and the block will be removed automatically. You can then download your files directly (i.e. not via a download manager).
